1 1/2 POUNDS STEAK, CUT INTO STRIPS
1/3 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. PEPPER
1 LARGE ONION, SLICED
1 OR 2 GREEN PEPPERS, SLICED
1 TBSP. PREPARED MUSTARD
1 (4 OZ.) CAN MUSHROOMS, DRAINED
2 TBSP. MOLASSES
3 TBSP. SOY SAUCE
1 (10 OZ) PACKAGE FROZEN GREEN BEANS, FRENCH-STYLE, THAWED.

Directions

DREDGE MEAT IN FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. PUT IN 12” FRY PAN AND COOK ON MEDIUM, COVERED, UNTIL GREEN PEPPERS ARE SOFT BUT NOT MUSHY. REMOVE COVER AND COOK UNTIL THICKENED.
