KODAK, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 13-year-old Sevier County boy has been placed into juvenile custody after a sexual assault on 6-year-old girl.

Sheriff's deputies got a call from a mother who had found her daughter coming out of the woods partially clothed with a rope around her wrist. The girl said she was sexually assaulted. Deputies say the girls mom was looking for her after a 4-year-old brother said that she walked away with a man.

Officers tracked an area near the Northview/Kodak home with a K-9 and found some of the victims clothes.

The girl gave officers a description of the suspect and later the 13-year-old was arrested and charged with Aggravated Kidnapping and Rape of a Child.

The girl was treated at Children's Hospital for injuries during the incident.

He was taken to the Sevier County Juvenile Facility where he is being held pending a hearing in Sevier County Juvenile Court on Feb 28th 2013.
