Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
Knoxville police tell us, a man has died after being shot multiple times.
It happened about 5:30 Sunday morning on McSpadden Street in the Western Heights area.
Police say 30 year old Samuel Poole broke into an apartment and a gunfight broke out.
He was killed.
Police have a suspect in mind, but they haven't caught him.
He's Demarcus Huffine and they believe he may have been wounded in the gunfight.
Police found multiple weapons at the scene.
None of the neighbors wanted to go on camera but one tells us his wife heard a scream, then heard the gunshots and called 9-11.
