West Palm Beach, Fla. (AP) -- The Jeep Cherokee belonging to the family found dead alongside a Florida highway has turned up.
Authorities say it was found this morning in West Palm Beach, about 70 miles south of where the bodies of a couple and their two sons turned up Friday on Florida's Turnpike. It's believed the jeep pulled to the shoulder, where someone else inside pulled a gun and fired the fatal shots, before getting back on the road and driving off.
Police say the victims were a husband, wife and their boys, ages three and four.
The jeep was towed to the sheriff's office that's handling the investigation.
