Knoxville (WVLT) - A zoning meeting to talk about some very eye catching billboards has been postponed until November.
The City of Knoxville Board of Zoning Appeals has to determine if Lamar Advertising Incorporated can operate the animated billboards along I-40, and if they violate city regulations.
Officials are expected to make a decision next month.
