Jacksboro, Campbell County (WVLT) - A proposal to honor a slain school administrator in Campbell County is in the works.
The school board is considering naming a school after Ken Bruce, who was killed last year in a shooting at the high school.
Some commissioners wanted to vote on the issue at last night's meeting, but a committee wants to do research within the community before making any plans.
A vote is expected next month.
