Washington (AP) -- The tourists can once again see Honest Abe.
The Lincoln Memorial in Washington is open after a scare that investigators now say was not a threat.
The Memorial was closed for about three hours after authorities say a drink bottle and a coffee mug turned up in a restroom. A law enforcement official says there was also a note with threatening language referring to bombs and anthrax.
At one point, men in hazmat suits were seen coming out of the restroom, as the public was kept away.
