Hawkins County (WVLT) - Hawkins County authorities are waiting on autopsy results to try to determine the identity of a man, found burned to death in a ditch over the weekend.
According to officers, a newspaper delivery person reported seeing a fire in a ditch Saturday morning off Kite Road.
Police then discovered the body of the man, believed to be in his thirties.
Police say the victim is black, about six feet tall and 200 pounds.
He has a tattoo on his right upper arm that says "Birdman Still Fly."
