Knoxville (WVLT) - A man police say allegedly shot a 15-year-old girl last month on West New Street is off the hook, after the Knox County District Attorney General's Office failed to prosecute the case.
The case against 18-year-old Javasten Badgett was dismissed Tuesday morning.
No reason for the failure to prosecute decision was given, we have a call into the District Attorney General's Office to find out why.
