Knoxville (WVLT) - A man accused of having involvement in the death of a college co-ed's death has been indicted by the grand jury.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jason Stanke is charged with leaving the scene of an accident that involved a death on the evening of September 23rd.
Twenty-year-old Morgan McCarty died in the crash that occurred that night in the fort sanders neighborhood.
