Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
Knoxville (WVLT) - More trouble for Knoxville defense attorney Herb Moncier.
According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, a Greeneville attorney accused Moncier of violating a professional rule of conduct by putting a confessed cocaine supplier to the witness stand without notifying her attorney.
Moncier's attorney says he doesn't believe his client has done anything wrong.
Moncier also faces an assault charge for an alleged incident last month on the Cumberland Avenue Strip and a contempt of court charge in federal court on an unrelated matter.
