Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
Knoxville (WVLT) - A grand jury has returned a first degree murder indictment against the man accused of killing a Halls school security officer.
Carroll Lineberry is charged with murdering Russell Kocur Halloween night.
Lineberry is also charged with felony murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.
A Virginia grand jury has also indicted Lineberry on murder and robbery charges in a separate case.
