Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
Kingston, Roane County (WVLT) - A woman charged with first degree murder in the death of a state corrections officer gunned down outside a Roane County Courthouse will next appear in court on March 27th.
Thursday, several motions, including a motion of continuance, were presented in a Roane County courtroom on behalf of Jennifer Hyatte.
Jennifer and husband, George Hyatte, are accused of killing Wayne "Cotton" Morgan more than a year ago and then fleeing to Ohio, where they were caught.
