A former Vol has pleaded guilty on DUI charges.
The Knox County district attorney general's office says the judge agreed to suspend all but 48 hours of Joseph Lee Smith's jail sentence.
Smith will also pick up trash at Marshall University where he now attends, pay court costs, and attend victim impact classes.
