An update for you on the dog shot and killed in north Knoxville Thursday night.
Police have arrested a suspect, Camilo Torres.
Thursday night, Elaine Ladue and Harold Smith found their boston terrier-cocker spaniel mix shot in their fenced in backyard.
The couple says their dog had been shot in the stomach through their eight foot fence.
