Sevierville, Sevier County (WVLT) - The trial for a Sevier County man, charged with child rape, is expected to begin Tuesday.
Kevin Allen Gentry appeared in a Sevier County courtroom for a motions hearing Tuesday morning.
US Marshals say Gentry, who is also known as Alex Sebastian Hendrix was arrested in August 2005, after being found near Columbia, South Carolina with a young runaway.
Marshals say in June of 05, Gentry failed to appear in court to face the charges against him.
