Nashville (WVLT) - It's a small victory for a West Knoxville Restaurant that accused of selling alcohol to underaged patrons.
Volunteer TV News has confirmed that Michael's Restaurant and Bar has won it's case in Nashville to reinstate it's liquor license on a temporary basis.
In a hearing before the state liquor board, Michael's was able to successfully petition for a return of its liquor license until a final determination is made at a later date.
On Wednesday Michael's lost a battle with the Knox County Beer Board to return its Beer Permit.
A lawyer for Michael's says the restaurant will not open Thursday night, but declined to say when the doors could open at the nightspot.
