Knoxville (WVLT) - Police have cited two people, involved in an early morning crash on Rutledge Pike.
They say just before 8:30 a.m. Monday, a short, flatbed tractor trailer, driven by 58-year-old David Forster was attempting to turn, when the truck collided with a Chevy Blazer, driven by 43-year-old Raymond Edwards of Corryton.
Edwards and his two passengers, 13-year-old Christopher Edwards and 12-year-old Billy Joe Anderson were taken to UT Medical Center where Raymond Edwards remains in stable condition.
Forster was cited for making an improper turn.
Edwards was cited for not having insurance.
