Knoxville (WVLT) - Authorities are waiting on an autopsy to determine the identity and cause of death of a man found in a homeless camp in the woods off Baxter Avenue.
Knoxville Police say Wednesday night, a caller told them where they could find the man's body.
An initial search was unsuccessful, but officers found the man Thursday morning.
KPD says there were no obvious signs of how the man died.
