KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The medical examiner's office is investigating what caused the death of a man whose body was found in West Knox County.
Deputies called out forensic and crime units to Eagles View Drive around 1:20 pm Saturday.
That's in a quiet neighborhood off Northshore Drive in the Concord area.
The investigation is on-going.
