Knoxville (WVLT) - If you're going Downtown, you can once again park at the Knox County City-County Building.

The outside parking deck opened at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

That's 57 parking spaces, and they're all free.

The parking deck will be open every night from 5:30 p.m. until midnight.

Also, the west end elevator bank will be open to transport you from the lot to Vol Landing.

The part of the lot under the building remains gated and will be closed to the public.
