Court Date Set for Protest Organizer

Knoxville (WVLT) - The organizer of a racially-charged rally in Knoxville over the weekend is expected in court June Fourth for a bonded arraignment to face the charges against him.

Authorities arrested Alex Linder and are charging him with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, vandalism and assault on a police officer.

Saturday afternoon in Downtown Knoxville, white supremacists protested the January murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.

All the accused killers in the case are black and the couple is white.

Police and the parents of the victims have said publicly the crime is not race-related.

There is going to be a rally to support the criminals about over privileged whites vs under privileged blacks. The vote hungry politicians are going to OK that rally! It was a cruel shameful crime and any support for those committing it justifies their being hated.

Let our courts handle this situation. Rabble rousers should be treated as rabble rousers by our courts.
