(WVLT) - The East Tennessee man who's facing murder charges after a deadly crash in Southern Kentucky will face a judge today.
Raymond Garner of Andersonville is charged with three counts of murder, along with drunk driving and driving on a suspended license.
State police say he was drunk when his pickup truck crossed the median on I-75 just south of Williamsburg Monday night and hit three other cars.
An 8 year-old boy and a pregnant woman died, she also lost her unborn baby.
Two other children are still in critical condition.
Garner is scheduled to be formally charged today in a Whitley County, Kentucky courtroom.
