Andersonville Man Facing Judge Today on Murder Charges

(WVLT) - The East Tennessee man who's facing murder charges after a deadly crash in Southern Kentucky will face a judge today.

Raymond Garner of Andersonville is charged with three counts of murder, along with drunk driving and driving on a suspended license.

State police say he was drunk when his pickup truck crossed the median on I-75 just south of Williamsburg Monday night and hit three other cars.

An 8 year-old boy and a pregnant woman died, she also lost her unborn baby.

Two other children are still in critical condition.

Garner is scheduled to be formally charged today in a Whitley County, Kentucky courtroom.

    Someone knew this man had a revoked driver's license. Someone knew he was driving drunk. Someone should have stopped him. Someone should have called the highwaty patrol. Someone shares the guilt in the deaths of those innocent victims.
