Williamsburg, Whitley County, KY (WVLT) - The East Tennessee man facing murder charges after a deadly crash in southern Kentucky is expected to be arraigned Thursday.
Raymond Garner of Andersonville is charged with three counts of murder, along with drunk driving.
State police say Garner was drunk when his pickup truck crossed the median on I-75 just south of Williamsburg Monday night and hit three other cars.
An 8-year-old boy and a pregnant woman and her unborn baby were killed in the crash.
Two other children remain in critical condition.
