I-640 Reopened After Crash

Knoxville (WVLT) - Traffic is back to normal on I-640 after a driver careens into a dividing wall.

According to Knox County dispatchers say the driver suffered from an unspecified medical condition and collided with the wall around 4:30 p.m.

Tractor trailer drivers in the area blocked traffic to avoid additional collisions with the vehicle.

The area was cleaned up and traffic was back to normal before 5:00 p.m.
