Body found believed to be that of missing teen

VONORE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Monroe County officials have recovered a body they think is that of a missing teenager.

Tucker Wells, 18, was reported missing Tuesday. He was last seen September 11th around 11:00 pm.

Wednesday, officials recovered a body in the Vonore area, and tentatively identified it as Wells. There were no immediate signs of foul play but police plan to investigate the death as a homicide pending autopsy results.
