SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A woman and her son are thankful they were not hurt when a car crashed into their apartment on Sunday night.
Kathy Festerman has had to move out of her apartment on Leo Sharp Road because of damage done when a car crash into the building and then backed up and took off. Festerman says she'd just laid down when her son said he felt the house shake.
"The thought that they could back up and leave and never ever question was anybody in there ok. And if I would have been sitting there like I usually am every night," said Festerman.
Sevierville Police say they are looking for a dark colored vehicle with front end damage. If you have any information you should called the department at (865) 453-5506.
