HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT)-- A Rogersville man faces drug charges after authorities find pain pills at his home.
Hawkins County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at Walter Trent's home on the 100 block of North Charles Street in Rogersville.
Officers found Morphine and Suboxone, without prescriptions. They also found a substantial amount of cash, which they believe he made selling the drugs. Authorities also found numerous guns throughout the home.
According to authorities, surveillance video and recording devices were set up throughout Trent's home and property. Officers spent hours dismantling and seizing all the video equipment from the home. Officers also seized 8 cars and 1 motorcycle, which were believed to be purchased with the money he made from selling drugs.
Trent is free on $200,000 bond and will be in court May 22.
