KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A man accused of stabbing a West Knox County man has been arrested.
Charles Thomas Reninger was taken into custody at his home on North Campbell Station Road around 7:45 p.m. Saturday.
According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, Reninger stabbed 29-year-old Jonathan Williamson outside of his home on Black Road earlier in the afternoon.
Neighbors told officers they heard arguing and tires squealing and then saw Williamson in the road with a bloody facial area.
After stabbing Williamson, Reninger fled in a primer grey box style, single cab Chevy truck with loud mufflers, according to authorities. The truck is possibly an ‘80s model.
Williamson was transported to UT Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
