KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Knoxville man will spend the next four decades behind bars after pleading guilty to more than a dozen charges related to having sex with a minor, the Knox Co. Sheriff's Office announced. Harry T. Henry was arrested back in January.
On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to 13 charges of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and three counts of Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure. He was sentenced to 40 years without parole.
According to the sheriff's office, Henry was arrested on January 30 after a Grand Jury indicted on 49 counts, ranging from Rape to Unlawful Photographing and included Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure, and Attempted Rape.
