KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- The man accused of killing his wife is back in East Tennessee.
A Knox County Grand Jury indicted Paul Knight on a 2nd degree murder charge for the death of his wife, Pamela Knight. In January 2012, Knight's remains were found in a wooded area of Loudon County. She was last seen leaving her home with Paul in October 2005.
Paul Knight has been locked up in a federal prison since before her remains were discovered. He was brought back to Knoxville on January 11th 2013. His court date has been set for May 7th.
