Knoxville (WVLT) Over a month ago, one man was shot in the neck during a pot robbery.
Now one of the suspects is behind bars.
Knoxville Police arrested Joshua Davenport on several robbery and drug charges. Witnesses say Davenport was one of the men who circled a car during a marijuana sale, demanding the victim and 3 others in the car turn over their money and drugs.
KPD said Davenport was there when an unidentified suspect pistol-whipped the victim, and shot him in the neck.
He's facing three aggravated robbery and especially aggravated robbery from that incident.
Davenport is also looking at drug manufacturing and sale charges from April.
He's behind bars on $225,000 bond.
