HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn (WVLT) -- Two people are behind bars, charged with having drugs inside a Hawkins County home.
Deputies arrested Johnny Michael Stallard and Desera Jade Allen at the home on Rocky Hill Lane in Church Hill. When officers arrived, they found Stallard was trying to flush one and a half pounds of marijuana down the toilet. After searching the home officers found more marijuana, Suboxone pills and "Dragon" Bath Salts.
Officers also found items they think were bought from other drug deals, including vehicles, motorcycles, electronics, and tools.
Stallard faces drug charges including possession, intent to deliver, tampering with evidence and other charges. Allen also faces drug charges. Both are in the Hawkins County jail without bond.
