BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - We're tracking crime out of Blount County, where deputies and police found the second "one pot" meth lab in two days.
The discovery was made outside of a Maryville business.
Police say an anonymous person tipped them off, saying that there was a suspicious back-pack near the K-Mart on McCammon Avenue.
That's when officers found the meth lab, which was recently used to cook the drug.
The Tennessee Methamphetamine Task Force was on scene and disposed of it.
On Friday, an active meth lab was found at the Executive Lodge located on Hall Road in Alcoa. Two men were arrested, and are facing charges in that case.
