(Del Rio, TN. - WVLT) The Cocke County Sheriff's Office says the town of Del Rio is quieter Sunday after heavy rain Friday and Saturday caused some flooding. Water is returning to creeks but some roads are washed out. Debris still covers some roads, yards and driveways.
Some roads will have to be rebuilt after rushing water washed parts of roadbeds away. Up to 7 inches of rain fell on parts of the Del Rio area.
