KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Both the insured and uninsured are encouraged to get their flu shot, if they haven't yet, on Thursday night.
The Knox Co. Community Action Committee will offer the shots at its LT Ross Building, 2247 Western Ave., from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Patients with insurance are asked to bring their information for billing, while those without will receive a voucher for a free shot from Walgreens.
Flu shots will be administered on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
Children 7 and up may receive the shot and those under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
