MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT)-- The Hamblen County Sheriff's Office busted a gambling ring in Morristown Saturday night.
Sheriff Esco Jarnigan said the raid happened in the 400 block of Fish Hatchery Road.
Deputies recovered a gun and thousands of dollars in poker chips.
The sheriff said the building where the gambling took place was set up like a make-shift casino.
The person accused of being in charge of the ring has been arrested. Twenty-three people have been cited for their role in the operation.
Neighbor complaints lead to the bust.
