Harriet brought into Young Williams with a broken leg

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Harriet was picked up by City Animal Control and was never reclaimed. Young Williams Animal Shelter believes she's about two years old.

The vet intake staff found that she has a broken femur and an old fracture.

She is now in a foster home recovering, which will take up to 6 weeks.

After her recovery, she will be available for adoption.

Harriet is being nursed back to health through the funds from Young Williams Compassion Fund.
