Crimetracker: Parents charged with killing daughter in court

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Angela Major and Ken Mason are both facing reckless homicide charges. On Monday - they both waived their rights to a preliminary hearing. Now, their cases will go straight to the grand jury.

According to Knox County Sheriff's Office, Major and Mason were involved in a domestic dispute on the 2400 block of Alcoa Highway when the shooting happened.

Officers haven't released how many rounds were fired, but confirm a handgun was found inside the home.

Major and Mason both have a criminal history.
