Knoxville police arrest burglary suspect after search

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Knoxville man is behind bars after police say he tried to break into a business.

Authorities arrested 56-year old Greg Comer Tuesday night at the Lakeview Motel after searching the ares with the help of K9 units.

Officers say Comer broke into the EZ In and Out liquor store on Chapman Highway.

Comer is charged with burglary, theft and vandalism.

Authorities did not say what was stolen.
