LCUB crews fix water mains off Highway 11

LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Crews with the Lenoir City Utilities Board repaired a pair of water main breaks off of U.S. Highway 11 inside of Loudon Co.

The mains reportedly broke around four o'clock Thursday morning and crews have been on the scene since then, the LCUB said.

Customers around Cusick Circle and Srange Road were affected by the breaks, while those living off Old Strange Road had their water shut off to repair the mains. LCUB estimates in all, around 150 customers were affected.

The mains were repaired and service was restored by 3:30 on Thursday.
