LaFollette Firefighter doing ok after going to the hospital
LAFOLLETTE, Tenn.(WVLT)--A LaFollette Firefighter was overcome by heat exhaustion trying to save a burning home.
The home on Kentucky Avenue caught on fire this afternoon. It's about a mile outside of town. Firefighters battled the blaze but couldn't save the home.
Shaun McGlone had to go to the hospital, suffering from heat exhaustion. He is awake and alert and appears to be doing ok now.
No word on what started the fire.
