Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn (WVLT) -- An 18-year old is dead after his car struck a tree in Greenback Wednesday afternoon.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office tells us Lucas Kincaid was driving southbound on Morganton Road when he lost control of his car.
He then overcorrected, went off the left side of the road and hit the tree.
Kincaid was wearing his seatbelt and the airbags did deploy. The Blount County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the wreck.
