CASEY COUNTY, Ky. (WVLT/WKYT) -- Kentucky State Police they're investigating the death of a man they say accidentally stabbed himself.

Troopers say they received a call from authorities around 6:00 p.m. Saturday from a home on KY 501 in Liberty.
