KNOXVILLE (WVLT) - A man is dead after being thrown from his car during an interstate wreck.
Knoxville Police said a man driving a white Honda hit a concrete pillar in the median and ejected from the car around 7:45 p.m. Saturday evening.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
KPD is investigating the cause of the crash. The victim's name has not been released.
