KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Knoxville Police Dept. is trying to figure out what happened to a man who showed up at a south Knoxville drug store with a bad head wound early Tuesday morning.
According to the KPD, employees said the man walked into the Walgreens, 4001 Chapman Hwy., with a severe head injury around 2:30 a.m. He was taken to UT Medical Center.
The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call police.
