KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Knoxville man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a neighbor called the police claiming he was outside naked and cutting a tree.
When police arrived around 3:15 p.m., he found Lindsay Stevens behind the tree. Police reports indicate when Stevens saw the officer he ran into his home on Windwhisper Blvd. The officer said he was clearly visible from the complainant's home as well as several other houses in the neighborhood.
Stevens was arrested without incident and charged indecent exposure. Authorities added they have been to that home several times before on indecent exposure charges.
