KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Written by a 12 year old and illustrated by former East Tennessee Children's Hospital patients, a new book comes out today to help the hospital continue its work.
East Tennessee from A to Z, a new children's book is available with a special release party. It's from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursda, November 15 at ETCH.
The book written by 12-year-old Jenna McMillan from Lenoir City and illustrated by former East Tennessee Children's Hospital patients and family members is now available for $20.
You can also pick up a copy at the Children's Hospital gift shop, Independent Insurance Consultants, Ijams Nature Center Gift Shop, Union Avenue Book Store, Tennessee Historical Society, Museum of Appalachia, and The Wild Pineapple.
The book will also be sold at the Fantasy of Trees, November 21-25, and is on display at the Knoxville Museum of Art through November 25th.
