KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville police say missing 19 year old Juan Pelipe Hisent, was found working on a job site in South Carolina.
According Hisent's sister, he went out to meet some men to whom he owed money in front of his home around 8:30 a.m. When he pulled out some money to give them, she says two Hispanic men jumped out of their newer model, white Chevrolet Suburban and forced him into it. The SUV then took off northbound on Johnston Street.
Hisent just arrived in the area less than three weeks ago.
Knoxville police say the case is now closed.
