New Market, Tenn. (WVLT)- Appalachian Electric Cooperative says it's systems are "back in full operation."
Crews have been hard at work since storms struck AEC's coverage area on Thursday...knocking out power to thousands.
Some individual residents may still be waiting for repairs.
The cooling station set up by the Red Cross in Jefferson County has been closed due to the progress made by AEC.
